1. 2. The production line is equipped with a medium rail gantry crane (depending on the number of cranes required for the process), which is controlled by PLC for horizontal and vertical operation. Mitsubishi frequency converters are used to achieve multi-level automatic speed regulation, slow start, stop, and fast operation. The horizontal operation speed is 4-40m/min, and the lifting speed of the hook is 7-12m/min; The overall operation and control of the machine are centralized in the main electrical control cabinet, with each temperature control instrument, operation switch, voltmeter, etc. installed separately for the corresponding crane, making it easy to operate and control. A separate touch screen is used for separate monitoring, and an open program is used to monitor the corresponding crane's actions in real time and automatically time the workpiece after it is placed in the groove. The process parameters can be set to ensure product quality, improve product consistency, and facilitate standardized management in the workshop. The operation mode has two options: automatic and manual control, and can be switched between any workstation.
3. The production pace of the entire line is adjusted based on the maximum running speed of the train and the actual process of the production line.
4. The loading and unloading process of the entire line is completed by automatic mechanisms combined with manual operation. The loading position is fixed and confirmed manually. After manual confirmation, the crane is automatically controlled by the crane to lift into the surface treatment function slot to complete the electroplating work program.
